Introduction

From Q4 2023, Trustnest has updated its organization to build a transversal team responsible for operating Trustnest Services. The team is divided into 3 poles:

• the service referents responsible for answering customer request and specialized in 1-3 service on TDP
• the integrators responsible for accelerating the go to prod phase. They work in close collaboration with postIT, SOC and architecture teams.
• the tech referent / core stack team responsible to build & operate the Cross Tribe Team foundation Stack mainly based on Datadog, PagerDuty and other log collectors.
